Classical European Massage
Also known as Swedish, this is our signature relaxation massage which includes a blend of German and Russian techniques. Our massage therapist will adjust the amount of pressure used during the massage depending on your needs.
Chair Massage
This is one of our new massages at the spa which is performed in a specially designed adjustable chair. This technique targets the neck shoulders and back. Chair massage has the same benefits as regular table massage.
Hot Stone Therapy
This is an ancient tradition that combines massage strokes with warm lava stones and is applied onto acupressure points of the body. Hot stones have a thermo-therapeutic effect increasing blood circulation, aiding in stress reduction, reducing chronic back pain and muscle tension.
East-Indian Head Massage
It originated in India thousand of years ago. This is a very gentle and relaxing type of massage, offered not only for the head (face and hair) but also the neck, upper back and arms. It is good for headaches, migraines and eyestrain.
Reiki
A gentle energy treatment which is practiced by placing the hands on your fully clothed body while lying on the massage table. There is no pressure manipulation, but you can feel how your body absorbs the soothing energy. Feeling varies from warmth to slight tingling, and even a sense of light(aura).
Chinese Massage Therapy
Acupressure
A special kind of manual therapy based on traditional Chinese medicine that is over 2000 years old. It includes different hand-pressure techniques on specific body points and meridians on the body surface.
Tuina
Includes hand techniques to massage the soft tissue (muscle and tendons).
